Does anyone know when they are headed into a spiritual awakening?
I had no idea I was. My childhood and young adult years often felt very disconnected and unsupported. I focused on doing what was expected of me, raising my family, and not using my voice. But I felt completely shut down from who I really was.
In 2016 the Universe delivered me three BIG wake up calls just to make sure I was paying attention. Suddenly, everything shifted. I began to question everything: what was I doing, why is this happening, how am I going to fix this? And – what was my purpose here? Nothing made sense.
Maybe you have had something shake you to your core too? Many of us have.
Sometimes fear is inevitable...
During this period, I was thrust into higher multidimensional experiences and non-ordinary reality from deep inside myself to the cosmos. It was exhilarating and confusing, and simply staying grounded in my body became a challenge. At first, I sought answers and guidance externally, and sometimes found judgement or fear instead of support. Most times I felt unsafe and shamed. Fear from programming took over.
