Karen’s private sessions are designed to support you during meaningful shifts in your inner world and guide you into deeper alignment. Each session is held on Zoom and flows intuitively to meet your highest good. All sessions are recorded for you to revisit over time.

Divine Light Channeling Session

This session is perfect if you are drawn to receive channeled guidance and insight around your journey along with supportive messages from your team of Guides. Karen works with divine beings from the Angelic and Cosmic realms of Light where all messages are channeled from a safe and heart-guided space for you to receive this special transmission.

Karen opens her Divine Channel of Light to bring through clear, loving messages from your spiritual team. You may bring questions or areas of focus to gain clarity and perspective as you walk your path of growth. Light Language may also come through if guided for your session. Time is included at the end for reflection and integration of what has been shared.

Each session is unique and attuned to your energy in the moment. (Please note: this is not a mediumship or psychic experience.)

Cosmic Heart Session

This unique experience is designed to support you through profound transformation in your inner world guiding you back into deeper alignment with your all encompassing Cosmic Heart, which connects you with the Universe.

Karen’s signature session does not fit inside a one-hour box – and neither do you. Within this sacred and safe container, she brings all of her gifts together to meet your readiness.

In this spirit-guided session, you will move through Initiation, Activation, and Integration. You’ll receive personalized guidance, activating light language, energetic frequency work, and channeled insight to support your self-healing, embodiment and remembrance. Together, you will release what no longer serves, reconnect with your wisdom, and begin shaping a life that feels clear, steady and aligned with who you truly are.

This is heart-led work not about quick fixes but about transformation. Allowing remembrance to shape how you live, love and lead.

For those called to go deeper, these mentoring sessions offer a grounded, heart-centered space for thoughtful guidance, reflection, and clarity. This is where we deepen the work, walk shoulder to shoulder, and honor the unfolding of your path in real time.

Whether you are facing a crossroads, navigating change, or simply seeking direction, Karen brings deep presence, wisdom, and a gift for seeing what matters helping you taking your next spiritual steps with confidence.

You may be wondering what awakening or ascension truly means for you, or how to integrate the often confusing spiritual experiences you have been having. Many simply need a heart-to-heart connection with someone who understands.

There is no energy work or channeling in these sessions – just clear mentorship, honest conversation and compassionate guidance.

Sessions are available as 30-minute or 60-minute private Zoom calls and may be recorded for your reflection. Offered as one-time conversations or ongoing mentorship.
