Return Policy
In order to receive a refund of services (sessions) due to cancellation or rescheduling, a 24 hour or more notification prior to scheduled service time with Ascend with Karen is required. If an appointment with Ascend with Karen is cancelled in less than 24hrs prior to scheduled session, full session fee is non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled within 5 days, please contact KMTHealing@gmail.com to discuss. Refunds, if issued at the discretion of Ascend with Karen, are processed minus any transaction fees incurred.
Fees for workshops and events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
Guarantee of Results
Due to the nature of healing work and individual cases, Ascend with Karen cannot guarantee any results. Energy healing services with Ascend with Karen are not a substitute for medical care, medical examination, or diagnosis.
